A bank with too few attempts in the period (fewer than 5 by default) or none at all is always active. Maxpay may also set a bank active or passive manually, or leave a bank out of the list altogether (it is then missing from banks and from the summary counts).approval_rate is a percentage and is null when the bank had no deposits in the period. card_types lists every scheme the bank was seen with in the last 30 days; a scheme without deposits in the period comes with approval_rate 0 and attempts 0.Request
